This 2005 Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle V-Rod is a limited-edition model from the company’s Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO) unit that is powered by a 1,246cc Revolution V-twin paired with a five-speed transmission.
It is finished in red with black and silver accents and equipped with a belt final drive, fuel injection, a two-into-two exhaust system, forward controls, triple disc brakes, a two-into-two Screamin’ Eagle exhaust system, Reactor wheels, and an analog tachometer. The bike was acquired by the seller in July 2017, and work at Alligator Alley Harley-Davidson in Sunrise, Florida, in June 2022 consisted of replacing the tires and flushing the brake fluid. This VRSCSE has 5k miles and is offered at no reserve with a bike cover, removed seats, manuals, an owner’s kit, service records, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The bike is finished in Electric Orange with black and silver graphics over a red double-cradle steel frame. Features include a stepped two-up seat, forward controls, dual mirrors, a side stand, and a 3.7-gallon fuel tank located beneath the side-hinged flip-up seat.
Forged Reactor wheels measuring 19″ up front and 18″ out back were mounted with Metzeler tires in June 2022. Suspension is handled by a 49mm telescopic fork with chrome sliders as well as a chrome swingarm with a pair of adjustable chrome shocks. Braking is provided by triple four-piston calipers over 300mm discs. The brake fluid was flushed in June 2022.
Stacked instrumentation consists of a tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline as well as a 150-mph speedometer with inset indicator lights. The digital odometer displays 5k miles, approximately 4,800 of which were ridden by the seller.
The liquid-cooled 1,246cc Revolution 60-degree V-twin was factory rated at 123 horsepower and 86 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with double overhead camshafts, electronic sequential port fuel injection, an electric starter, and a chrome two-into-two exhaust system. An AMS air filter and a Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle exhaust system have been fitted. Scratches are present on the tip of the lower muffler.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a drive belt.
