Kylie Jenner defied COVID travel restrictions this week when she jet-setted off to Paris with her friend Fai Khadra.
On August 28, the makeup mogul sparked rumors that the two are more than just pals when she posted a cozy new Instagram photos of them together in the romantic French city on Friday, August 28. The pair posed for two pictures with his hand on her hip and her head affectionally resting against his chest. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also posed a series of solo shots as she rocked a Dior monogramed halter top and black denim boyfriend jeans.
As expected, the comments section of the 23-year-old’s post blew up with reactions to the PDA pics.
“Living for this,” wrote Kourtney Kardashian’s new BFF, TikTok star Addison Rae. Sofia Richie shared fire emojis as well as a heart-eyes face. Fai, 28, also add sparkles emojis to post.
Fai has been a close friend of the Kardashian/Jenner clan for years. Recently, the Saudi Arabia native has been spotted dining out at Nobu Malibu with the reality stars and accompanied Kylie and Kendall on their summer trip to the Amangiri resort in Utah. He was also Kendall’s date to Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s wedding in 2019.
Kylie for her part was last linked to her ex, Travis Scott, with whom she shares two-year-old daughter Stormi Webster. After initially splitting in October 2019, the two sparked sparking reconciliation rumors earlier this year when they continually gushed about each other and quarantined together during the pandemic. They also reportedly shared a hotel room in July when they vacationed together in Laguna Beach.
An insider told PEOPLE at that time: “Kylie and Travis get along. They enjoy hanging out with the same people. And they obviously spend a lot of time together with Stormi.
“Being co-parents seems to be working out better for them than being in a romantic relationship,” the source added.
Kylie’s buzzed about Paris pics didn’t just attract attention just because of Fai. Fans were quick to criticize the Kylie Cosmetic founder, who posed without a mask on, for seemingly ignoring the seriousness of coronavirus by traveling overseas.
‘You don’t have to deal with COVID if ur rich,’ quipped one fan in her comments.
‘Is the pandemic over for rich people? I just see them taking luxurious vacations to tropical places or Europe like how is Kylie Jenner in Paris rn I don’t understand,” another wrote.
The official California State Government website currently urges people to only travel for ‘urgent matters’. There have been over 12K deaths from the pandemic in the state of California alone with almost 700K cases.
