Cristiano Ronaldo takes up to FIVE naps a day and sleeps in a fetal position to stay in immaculate shape.
The 38-year-old is still at the top of his game as he continues to score goals in Saudi Arabia with Al Nassr.
He’s allowed himself to remain a professional at this stage of his storied career due to his sleep routine.
Ronaldo reportedly prefers to take short naps of an hour-and-a-half each time throughout the day and sleeps in a fetal position as he’s obsessed with marginal gains when it comes to performance.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar would normally relax with his friends after dinner before going for a swim session at 10pm.
He then takes one of his naps until midnight, then another short burst of sleep around 3am before waking up for the day.

Sleep expert Nick Littlehales, who worked with Ronaldo during his time in Spain, broke down how he gets his forty winks in an interview with The Independent.
“Anyone who has ever worked with Ronaldo knows that if you have a discussion in the corner of the room, he will come over and ask what you are talking about,” he explained.
“I was invited to Real Madrid when Carlo Ancelotti became manager [in 2013]. I was standing on the edge of the training pitch, talking to the Madrid staff, when Ronaldo ran over.”
Littlehales added: “He had been training all day and you would have expected him to run straight to the dressing room for a shower, but he asked what we were discussing.
“He was interested in what I was trying to do because as an athlete he has always invested in himself.
“From what I have learned from working with him, Ronaldo is not interested in fad diets, he is not interested in copying others. The only thing he is concerned with is: does it work for him?”
Cristiano Ronaldo had another game to forget for Al Nassr
Cristiano Ronaldo had a game to forget for Al Nassr despite his side winning against Abha in the King Cup of Champions.
Ronaldo was not on the scoresheet and also failed to register an assist, with Sami Al Najei, Abdullah Al Khaibari and Mohammed Moran on target for Rudi Garcia’s men.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was furious after the Saudi Pro League defeat to Al Ittihad last time out, throwing his captain’s armband to the floor and kicking water bottles over.
And his mood did not improve too much as at the end of the first half against Abha, Ronaldo was booked for booting the ball away.
The referee blew the whistle for half-time while Ronaldo was running with the ball at his feet and embarked on yet another strop as he walked off the pitch.
Ronaldo was unable to add to his tally of eight goals over in Saudi Arabia and for the first time in his spell with Al Nassr, was substituted by his manager after going a third straight game without scoring.
He was hooked in the 87th minute for Anderson Talisca. The game was already won and yet Ronaldo still cut a frustrated figure when the camera panned to him on the bench watching the final minutes.
Until recently he had looked much happier in his new surroundings after his Manchester United contract was ended by mutual consent following his controversial interview with Piers Morgan.
And unsurprisingly, fans erupted with reaction after seeing Ronaldo’s glum look on the bench.
One wrote: “Cristiano Ronaldo is the ONLY player to get benched in 5 different leagues!”
Another added: “Ronaldo ghosted and was subbed off in a cup match today but his fans pretend like they don’t see.”
A third chimed in: “Ronaldo blanked, got a yellow and got subbed off. Day made.”
A fourth said: “Ronaldo being subbed off in the 86th minute in the cup quarter final without scoring or assisting. Damn.”
A final user joked: “Ronaldo still flexing the bench even in Saudi league.”
Ronaldo and Al Nassr are back in action against the very same opponents when they host Abha in the league on Saturday.
