Before departing for Malaysia on March 3, Jennie took to Weverse to update fans that she had sustained an injury while exercising. Still, she reassured fans that she would “get better soon.”
Blink.I’m just letting you guys know first so you guys aren’t shocked.While resting, I was taking care of my health and eating well, and sleeping well, but while exercising, I tripped over my foot and I fell, which resulted in a slight scar on my face. I want to get better so that BLINKs aren’t worried quickly, but it is still healing, so I’ll have to wear a band-aid on my face for a while. Please understand despite me looking 🥺. I know I should show everyone a great show, so I apologize that I’ll be looking like this. I’ll get better soon so, please don’t worry and I’ll see you soon.

Fans immediately sent the idol well-wishes, which prompted Jennie to reassure fans more, explaining that she hadn’t been taking photos like usual because of the injury.
- “Since the news is out, I’ll take a lot of photos with my band-aid face.”
- “That’s why… These days I have no time to take pictures and I’ve been getting treatment every day. I’m sorry BLINK.”
Shortly after, she uploaded some pictures before heading to the airport.
Where she politely greeted the media while covering up her injury with her sunglasses.
But Jennie didn’t hide her bandaid at the group’s BORN PINK concert in Malaysia, even pointing at it during the “Typa Girl” choreography.
Most recently, Jennie once again arrived at Incheon airport to depart for Paris fashion week, and this time she fully embraced the bandaid as part of her chic style.
Fans couldn’t get enough of the idol’s bright personality and stunning visuals.
And loved the adorable accessory that Jennie made sure she didn’t forget.
