Three months later, she got pregnant again, and this time, she was surprised with twins! Now, she has three babies under 10 months to care for, but she doesn’t regret her choice one bit.
Recently, Shaylee posted a video on TikTok talking about her experience becoming a mother. In the footage, which has already accumulated more than nine million views and one million likes, the mother explains that as soon as she gave birth to her first baby, she was so smitten with her daughter that she soon knew she wanted to get pregnant again.
The surprise came when the baby turned three months old and Shaylee found out she was pregnant again – this time with twins! The babies were born ten months after the couple’s firstborn, and despite the two’s routine having turned upside down, both reveal that, even if they could, they wouldn’t change a thing.
“To go from the heartbreak of a ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇ to the sheer joy of bringing three beautiful girls into the world in less than a year was quite something. Me and my husband just kept the faith and now we have the family we always dreamed of.”
In the comments on the video, several users left their congratulations to the couple. “Congratulations on the beautiful family! I was surprised you managed to get pregnant again so soon after giving birth,” wrote one. “You are a busy couple!” exclaimed another. “I give you a lot of credit. Talk about never knowing what it’s like to sleep,” joked a third.
The serial pregnancy, on the other hand, has worn off Shaylee’s body and she is now waiting for an abdominal sᴜʀɢᴇʀʏ where doctors are trying to restore the muscles she used during her pregnancy. “At times it was hard – especially the last few months with the twins,” she said. “The different feelings of having two babies grow inside of you in comparison to one is really quite extreme. My body had no chance to recover after my first pregnancy, and not only that, it then had to carry twice as much weight. But it was all worth it in the end and I’m so excited about what the future holds for me and my family.”
The family lives their everyday lives in great harmony, and they are grateful for what life still has in store for them, for, as we can see from this unique story, the plans for destiny are inexhaustible.
