In a social media post shared by his mother, Georgina Rodriguez, Mateo, the son of football legend Cristiano Ronaldo, was seen sporting a Barcelona kit, causing quite a stir among fans.

Ronaldo spent almost a decade with Real Madrid, Barcelona’s fiercest rivals in Laliga and became one of the club’s greatest players in the process.

The Portuguese star became an enemy of the Catalan giants during his time in the Spanish capital but his son Mateo was filmed sporting their top.

A video shared by Georgina Rodriguez shows Mateo, 5, and his siblings Alana Martina and Eva doing a choreographed dance on the couch in their living room, captioned with laughing and heart emojis.

During his nine-year stay at Real Madrid, Ronaldo scored 451 goals in 438 appearances, including 20 in 34 games against Barca.
