Dwayne Johnson has been one of the most charismatic entertainers in the company. While having a stellar reputation as a professional, The Rock has also been known as someone who will stand up for his colleagues. Therefore, it came as a shock to many when former WWE Superstar Rhaka Khan named the WWE legend in a $3 billion lawsuit alongside several other legends of the industry.
Rhaka Khan, real-life Trenesha Biggers, was with WWE from 2005 to 2006, before joining TNA (now IMPACT Wrestling) in 2008. In a short and tumultuous career as a wrestler, Khan was at the center of many controversies, especially during his relationship with Hall of Famer Kurt Angle. She recently fell into the lap of controversy once again after her $3 billion lawsuit against The Rock, The Miz, and several other well-known wrestling personalities. She alleged that they tried to kidnap her and her children.
Among a lot of surprising names, one that stood out was Dwayne Johnson. The WWE legend has always steered clear of controversies and has never fallen into the trap of rumors. However, one other controversy The Rock indulged himself in was the public feud he had with Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel. The two have been at loggerheads since, but now it seems like fences have been mended.
According to TheWrap, Dwayne Johnson appeared in the post-credits scene of the upcoming Fast X movie. Despite being adamant that he would not be returning to the franchise at any cost, it seems that Johnson is desperately trying to increase his goodwill in the industry.
Dwayne Johnson reportedly lost Disney’s support
The Rock’s intention of mending fences with Vin Diesel could also be the result of him reportedly getting ousted by Disney. The production house was all set to cast the Black Adam star as the next Captain Black Sparrow by replacing Johnny Depp.
However, that may no longer be the case, as recent reports suggest that Johnson was removed by the company following the lawsuit from Rhaka Khan. He was seemingly ousted by CEO Bob Iger. Although a replacement for the WWE legend has not been announced, fans will be eager to see what the future holds for The Great One, as the lawsuit could tarnish his career.
Why Did Dwayne Johnson not like working with Vin Diesel?
One other burning question that has been doing the rounds is why The Rock did not like working with Fast and Furious protagonist Vin Diesel. After rumors of tension within the cast, Dwayne brought it out in the open when he said, on Instagram, that his fellow male co-stars were not behaving properly.“My female co-stars are always amazing, and I love ’em. My male co-stars, however, are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April, and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes, and my blood is legit boiling—you’re right,” The Rock said.

Although he later regretted washing the franchise’s dirty linen in public, the damage was done. Following the Instagram post, Vin Diesel was also furious at the comments and wanted nothing to do with The Great One. However, after a recent plea and the extension of an olive branch from the man who plays Dom Toretto, it seems that Dwayne Johnson has also resolved any bad blood between them and will return as Hobbs.
