This comes after Lopez and Affleck found a permanent place to call home last week after nearly two years of house hunting.
The lovebirds are reportedly under contract for a $34.5 million mansion, with seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, in the Pacific Palisades, according to TMZ.
Their potential new home, located in the prestigious Rustic Canyon, has a six-car garage, a detached guest house, a pool, a ‘sun-filled dining room with fireplace,’ a chic bar, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen according to its listing.
The news comes after an extensive search, which included visiting dozens of homes in various ritzy neighborhoods around LA from Beverly Hills to Hidden Hills.
Affleck sold his sprawling seven-bedroom Pacific Palisades mansion for $29,995,000 to an unknown buyer in August.
He first snapped up the stunning property, complete with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, screening room, and spa, for $ 19.2 million back in 2018.
The pair’s blended brood includes her two children with Marc Anthony and his three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 10.
And while her family settles into their new home, Lopez has repeatedly been hitting the dance studio recently.
