Chalamet, whose earnings have increased over the past two years, reportedly received a whopping $9 million for his upcoming role. But again, it is also true that Zendaya’s rival just got lucky against her boyfriend, Tom Holland.
When Timothee Chalamet played the role of a love-struck teenager in Call Me By Your Name, the movie let his name echo at the Academy Awards stage. “I would agree with all the adjectives Timothée used, and I would also like to add the words ‘wondrous’ and ‘a little bit epic.’ It’s a nice, big, full, beautiful piece of art, and Paul King, who directed it, is a delightful human being who has this wonderful, childlike heart. He was the perfect person to direct the project.”
The upcoming movie, which follows the adventures of a young Willy Wonka, is scheduled to release on December 15, 2023. Interestingly, Neil Hannon from The Devine Comedy contributed to the music of Wonka (2023).
