Kim Kardashian usually works out in the comfort of her converted garage inside the Hidden Hills, California mansion she shares with husband Kanye West and their three kids North, Saint and Chicago.
But on Wednesday the 37-year-old reality TV star visited a Los Angeles beach for her sweat session.
The raven-haired pinup wore a grey outfit that consisted of a crop top and shorts as she did the tree pose and performed lunges while with two female friends. Later the Selfish author stripped off her shorts to wear only high-waisted briefs that gave a generous view of her backside.

But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has reason to be proud of her 5ft3in frame – she is in the best shape of her life thanks to workouts with trainer Melissa Alcantara.
Not only does the mother-of-three have a tiny waistline, but she also has sculpted arms, toned legs and abs.
The siren wore her long raven locks up in a top semi ponytail with the rest of her tendrils flowing down her back. Her glam was fully done to perfection suggesting she was doing a photo shoot, even though no cameras were spotted.

Kim has not often talked about doing yoga, usually preferring weight lifting and repetition workouts, but she seems to have taken a new interest in it.
The former DASH owner has credited her trainer Alcantara with getting her in top shape.
‘Shout out to my trainer @fitgurlmel who really changed my body. When I wasn’t happy with what I saw back in the mirror I spent a whole year training so hard 5 or 6 days a week putting in a lot of work and changed the way that I eat and there’s such a noticeable difference,’ Kim said earlier this year.
‘I am firm and less cellulite and so much more confident. SO THANK YOU for waking up at 5am to do crazy body building workouts & sprints that I hate & putting me on to this lifestyle.’

‘She loves and hates leg days,’ Alcantara told People. ‘But she’s committed! She knows what it takes, but it’s also really grueling. It’s heavy, it’s killer, but she’ll be like, Alright, let’s do it! She’s a workhorse.’
So far the trainer thinks Kim is doing a great job.
‘Kim has been getting some really nice results, like with her triceps! She can’t believe how much has changed over the last few months. And when you’re in this deep, it’s hard to go back. She just keeps it up. She’s focused and she has a goal in mind.’
