The 35-year-old Oscar-winning actress stunned in a black, long-sleeved Halston Heritage satin gown with deep neckline for the awards ceremony at Cipriani Wall Street.
Hathaway completed her outfit with red open-toed heels and had her chocolate brown hair down around her shoulders.

The Les Misérables star took to the stage during the awards ceremony following an introduction by host Cynthia Nixon, 51.
Hathaway presented writer Annie Proulx, 82, with a lifetime achievement award.

The actress while introducing Proulx referenced the writer’s bleak 2008 New Yorker short story Tits-Up In A Ditch.
‘Although this award is for lifetime achievement, I didn’t start writing until I was 58,’ Proulx said upon accepting the honor.
Proulx won the Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award for Fiction for her second novel The Shipping News.

The 1993 novel was adapted into a 2001 film of the same name.
Proulx also wrote the 1997 New Yorker short story Brokeback Mountain that was adapted into the critcally acclaimed 2005 movie starring the late Heath Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Williams and Hathaway.
Brokeback Mountain was nominated for eight Academy Awards and won three for Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Original score, but lost the Best Picture award to Crash in a controversial upset.

Hathaway can be seen next year in the star-studded Ocean’s Eight, noir drama Serenity and the comedy Nasty Women with Rebel Wilson.
