And Sylvester Stallone, 75, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a cheeky clip as he wrapped filming on the action flick.

With British actor Jason jokingly declaring the Hollywood legend’s exit as ‘abandonment’.

The Creed actor laughed: ‘Yes but you’re capable captain’.

Jokes: The pair, who were in high spirits, laughed as Jason, who is continuing to film scenes for the next few weeks, continued: ‘It’s going to be a very lonely set, now he’s deciding to leave us’.

‘You’re supposed to be sorry, you’re supposed to be apologetic, rather than all happy about it’ Jason snapped back in mock annoyance.

With laughter from on-lookers Sylvester well and truly had the last word by concluding: ‘ when I have my teeth wrapped around caviar and pheasant I’ll be thinking about you dear’.

Sly starred in and directed The Expendables debut instalment in 2010, and went on to reprise his role in two sequels.

The picture attracted the likes of Dolph, Harrison Ford, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mel Gibson, and more.

Newcomers to the fourth movie include Megan Fox, Andy Garcia, Tony Jaa, and 50 Cent.

According to TIME, producer Avi Lerner said of the upcoming film: ‘We are writing the final lines of the script [and] we’ve got lots of ideas about who is going to be in it.’
